TUR2025’s scientific sessions are hosted in a prominent colonial hotel in the centre of the city. The accommodation of most participants is in the same building; the remaining are hosted in other historical hotels at a convenient distance and a shuttle service to the conference is provided. Standard accommodation is in same-sex shared rooms with private bathroom, having each one double and one single bed. Couples may mention their needs at the time of booking and be conveniently accommodated.
Included in the service are the three main meals, served at the conference premises or nearby restaurants. Water is provided. Soft and alcoholic drinks are an extra at the charge of participants.
Participants are requested to mention any food allergy or special need at the moment of reserving their seat for the conference, in order to timely ascertain whether those can be accommodated by the local restaurants.
